What is the difference between the e-Personal and e-Business Online Banking Services?
The e-Personal online banking service provides basic account access capabilities generally needed for personal banking. The e-Business online banking service provides additional services and security in the business arena, such as: Wires, ACH (electronic payment/receipts and payroll direct deposits), Electronic Tax Payments, Account Reconciliation and Positive Pay as well as the ability to maintain multiple users with defined access to the accounts and services defined to the business.

What do I need to login to my e-Business Online Banking Service?
For e-Business banking, a Company ID and Password is required in addition to a User ID and Password. The Bank defines the credentials for the Company Administrator who then maintains all the users for the company.
What do I need to login to my e-Personal Online Banking Service?
For e-Personal banking, A User ID and password which is defined during registration but can be changed anytime through the User Settings in the e-Personal Application. The initial login also requires an Financial Institution key which is emailed to the user at the time of activation.

For security reasons, e-Business banking passwords are required to change every 30-60 days.
How often and why are passwords required to change for the e-Personal Online Banking Service?
At this time, there is no requirement to change your e-Personal banking password. To enhance security, this requirement will change by the end of the year.
Do you verify that the person is a valid signer to give access to all accounts?
Yes, an online banking customer must either be a signer of the account or have authorization from an account owner in order to have electronic access to the account.
Why are there four credentials for the e-Business login?
To enhance security and provide the ability define specific access and roles to specific users, e-Business accounts require a Company ID and password and a User ID and password.
Can I keep the Company and the User passwords the same?
This is not allowed if your Business has multiple users defined on the e-Business account. This is due to the fact that each user on a single e-Business account will share the Company ID and password.
Who can change the Company password?
Only the Company Administrator can change the Company password.
Who can change the Company Administrator?
The account owner is the only authorized person to request the the Company Administrator be changed.
