Fix up your house with a MSHDA Loan!

You may be able to borrow up to $50,000 to fix up your own home with a Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) loan.

Interest rates range from 4% to 8% for owner-occupied properties (with household income limits). The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be higher. For example, a loan of $10,000 with an interest rate of 4% would have an APR of 4.46%. With an interest rate of 8%, the same loan would have an APR of 8.49%.

MSHDA loans at 8% are also available to landlords wishing to improve their 1 to 4 unit rental properties.

Planning a dream vacation? Shopping for a new car? Thinking about making some home improvements? Wondering if you'll be able to afford your child's college tuition?
