New Login Experience!
In an effort to better serve you, we’re introducing a new login experience for all our customers!
While the location of our login area will remain the same, the look and feel will be updated. We will be removing the orange box at the top of the login area and have created three tabs to categorize the different login areas: Personal, Business and Wealth. We also have an area titled “Login to Other Services”, where customers will find our logins for Remote Deposit, checking their Preferred Rewards balance and Lockbox services. Here is the new look and feel for the login experience:
All personal customers will use the Personal tab on the login area. Enter your username and click login. It’s that easy! The process from the point at which you enter your username will not change and you will be directed to a new page to enter your password.
We are excited to announce that our Business customers will now have access to a tethered login experience! With a tethered login, you will click on the “Business” tab of the login area and will enter your Company ID and your User ID, click Login and then you will be directed to a page where you enter your password. Wealth Management Customers
We are excited to introduce a Wealth tab on our new login experience! This allows access to all three of our Wealth services in one, convenient location! When you need to login to your online platform for Wealth Management, click on the Wealth tab and click on your service login link. This will direct you to the platform where you can follow your normal login process.
For those customers accessing our login experience from their phones, the location of the login area will not change, but the look and feel will be as it is above. We also recommend downloading our mobile apps for personal and business customers.
