- If you think you are a victim of identity theft, you are concerned someone may have access to your log-in credentials or banking information or if you received an unusual call, text or email, immediately notify Chemical Bank's Customer Care Center at (800) 867-9757 and forward any screenshots to SecurityCenter@ChemicalBank.com. We will help guide you through the necessary steps to protect your accounts and personal information.
- File a report of identity theft and unauthorized movement of your money with your local law enforcement.
- You should also contact one of the following credit bureaus below to report the incident, and ask to have a fraud alert placed on your file:
